Optus CEO Kelly Bayer Rosmarin has stepped down following an outage on 8th November, which prevented 228 emergency calls, and caused a nationwide outage effected 10 million customers including government and bossiness customers.
The latest incident follows a cyber-attack in September 2022 which saw the release of customer identity information.
The business’s chief financial officer Michael Venter is set to replace Mrs Rosmarin in the interim.
